About the Job:

The Platform Sales Executive is responsible for developing and growing pipeline to capture new business in North America. You’ll drive all stages of the sales lifecycle; from the identification of potential opportunity and requirements gathering, through to the negotiation of large enterprise contracts.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Delivering all stages of the Platform Enterprise Business Development cycle.
  • Building new prospect leads and guiding them through the sales cycle.
  • Forecasting and delivering revenue targets.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our Platform and Enterprise Solutions.
  • Strategic and consultative business development - listening to our customers' motivations, needs, and pain points.
  • Driving and facilitating initial scoping, proposition discovery, and solutioning sessions with customers.
  • Working with our Solutions and Product teams to define creative solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Developing quotes, proposals, and contracts for prospective customers.
  • Negotiating contract renewals, restructuring commercial deals, and selling new transformative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of Platform and Enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience in selling digital Health and Wellness solutions preferred.
  • Excellent ability to structure complex deals with multiple components (Implementation, consumption tiers, term, languages, modules, etc).
  • A highly consultative approach to sales, understanding of our value proposition and able to adapt it to the needs of a prospect.
  • Comfort dealing with technology and using workplace tools.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
