About The Job

The Platform Sales Executive is responsible for developing and growing the pipeline to secure new business in North America, managing all sales stages from prospecting to contract negotiation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of the enterprise business development cycle.
  • Build prospect leads and guide them through the sales process.
  • Forecast and meet revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Develop knowledge of our platform and solutions.
  • Engage in strategic, consultative business development by understanding customer needs.
  • Conduct scoping, discovery, and solutioning sessions.
  • Collaborate with solutions and product teams to craft tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate renewals and restructuring deals, and sell new solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years in platform and enterprise sales.
  • Experience in digital health and wellness solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to structure complex deals with multiple components.
  • Strong consultative sales approach and understanding of our value proposition.
  • Comfort with technology and workplace tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
