Job summary

Quant is building a Next-Gen on-chain money platform and is forming a New York team to run its On-Chain Money Initiative. We seek a Platform Reliability Technical Lead to stay hands-on while guiding reliability across the production estate.

You will co-own SLAs, drive incident response, and shape how the team operates with runbooks, alerts, postmortems, and release gating. Strong Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Serious depth in reliability or production engineering.
• Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm at the level where you debug them.
• Distributed systems where state matters and restarting is not a strategy.
• To write things down.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve platform reliability and incident response.
• Co-own service levels and release gating.
• Maintain runbooks, alerts, and postmortems that drive action.
• Rotate through on-call with the team.
