Qualifications

• 5+ years in TechOps, Platform Eng, DevOps, Sys Admin, or Infra Ops.
• Experience administering dev tooling platforms and artifact repositories.
• Familiarity with cloud infra (prefer AWS) and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support developer tooling platforms across the software lifecycle.
• Resolve platform incidents, service requests, and user issues.
• Monitor health, performance, availability, and capacity of platforms.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, integrations, and deployment workflows.
• Perform upgrades, maintenance, and tuning of platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and cloud teams on challenges.
• Maintain runbooks and operational docs; drive automation and improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production platforms.
