Job summary

Atos is seeking a Production Operations (ProdOps) Engineer to manage and support mission-critical production platforms. You will drive CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, operate Kubernetes clusters, and administer PostgreSQL databases to ensure reliability and performance.

You will participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, analyze incidents, and implement automation to reduce downtime. The role emphasizes observability, RCA, and proactive system improvements within a DevOps/SRE framework.

Qualifications

• Experience with production support and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of microservices and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call production incident response and root cause analysis.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability of production environments.
• Design, implement, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and services.
• Plan database deployments, migrations, and high-availability configurations.
