Procter & Gamble in Mason, Ohio, is seeking a Platform Software Testing Manager to architect and enhance automated testing infrastructure and QA processes. You will design and maintain test automation frameworks, integrate quality activities into CI/CD, and promote best practices across agile teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role requires strong software engineering expertise, platform-focused QA experience, and a strategic mindset to leverage AI and modern testing methodologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering/QA experience.
• Experience with Requirement Analysis, Test Planning and Execution, Software Design and Development.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language.
• Ability to use AI tools and integrate AI into testing workflows.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Mason, Ohio.
• Preferred: Familiarity with BDD/BMAD methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.
• Knowledge of security testing concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, NUnit, pytest).
• Experience with API automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured, k6).

Mansioni

• Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of QA tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on AI and horizontal capabilities.
• Develop and test code to ensure it functions as designed following CSV processes.
• Implement code across the SDLC preferring CI/CD tooling for deployment and integration, using automated and AI testing frameworks.
• Stay current on emerging software practices, technologies, and vulnerabilities, including test automation and AI-enabled testing.
• Ensure compliance with Application Governance processes.
• Communicate technical opportunities and constraints to service owner.
• Collaborate with product management, software engineering, and DevOps to integrate quality activities into agile workflows.
• Provide mentorship on test automation best practices.
