Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a highly skilled QA Operations Engineer to build the infrastructure for our QA team and automate testing across eCommerce platforms. You will manage extensive automation libraries, integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with business partners to ensure flawless experiences during high-traffic events.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in QA Automation or DevOps, hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress, and strong API testing and SQL validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA Automation, Software Development, or DevOps experience; proven ability to architect automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Test Framework Architecture: manage and scale test libraries in Playwright for complex eCommerce platforms.
• Performance & Load Mastery: proficiency in LoadRunner for peak traffic events.
• Backend & Data Quality: API testing and database validation using SQL for pricing, catalog, and orders.
• CI/CD Integration: integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps.
• Business Alignment: collaborate with product managers to translate features into automated tests.
• Bonus Skills: familiarity with AI-assisted test generation and accessibility testing is a plus.
