Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Platform Software Testing Manager in Mason, Ohio, to lead automated testing and QA strategy within a platform context. You will design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks, driving quality throughout CI/CD pipelines and advocating AI-driven testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering/QA.
• Experience with Application Development methodologies including requirement analysis, test planning and execution, software design and development.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
• Ability to use AI tools and integrate AI into testing workflow.
• Basic awareness of Integrated Risk Management and IT Operations.
• Willingness to share perspectives within a team.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Mason, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Support QA tool selection, implementation, and optimization to boost testing efficiency and leverage AI capabilities.
• Develop and test code to ensure functionality within CSV validation processes.
• Implement code across SDLC with CI/CD tooling and AI testing frameworks.
• Stay current on emerging testing practices, vulnerabilities, and share learnings across the org.
• Ensure compliance with Application Governance processes.
• Communicate opportunities and constraints to service owners.
• Collaborate with product management, software engineering, and DevOps to integrate quality activities in agile workflows.
• Provide mentorship on test automation best practices.
