Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field with 2+ years of Software Engineering, Product Development, or Product Management
- Advanced Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field with 1+ years of Software Engineering, Product Development, or Product Management
Responsibilities
- Define priorities for evolving the Mobile Applications platform as a product.
- Serve as technical liaison between the platform team and customers including software developers and operations teams.
- Write and groom backlog items: epics, features, and user stories for shared understanding.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, engineers, testers, and Scrum Masters to keep priorities clear and backlogs executable.
- Establish KPIs, SLOs, and SLAs for the platform and drive value realization.
- Lead change management within Software Operations and collaborate across product teams.
