Responsibilities

• Supports 1-2 scrum teams focused on a common identity or capability.
• Builds and grooms product backlog with epics, features, and stories.
• Writes acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Collaborates with architects, DevOps, and developers to align priorities.
• Drives KPIs, SLOs, and SLAs for the platform.
• Acts as product advocate and communicates value to stakeholders.
