CompassX is seeking a Technical Product Owner to maximize value from internal developer platforms behind a global quick service restaurant brand's digital operations. You will translate engineering needs into a prioritized backlog and collaborate with platform, SRE, and DevOps teams to improve developer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years building technical products for engineers, plus 1–2+ years in product ownership, agile backlog management, and strong user research capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building technical products for engineers.
• 1-2+ years in product management or technical product ownership.
• Experience owning and managing a product backlog in Agile.
• Experience with user research and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE concepts.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the product roadmap for internal developer platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, observability, and automation tooling.
• Own and manage the product backlog, translating engineering needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Gather and represent feedback from engineering teams through interviews, surveys, and ongoing engagement.
• Partner with SRE, DevOps, and Solutions Architecture to balance priorities with technical execution.
• Collaborate across brand product teams, platform engineering, and security teams to align on priorities.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities through clear communication of what’s built and why.
• Contribute to self-service and automation initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Track product metrics and guide decisions based on adoption and outcomes.
