Info Dinamica Inc in Louisville, KY is seeking a Technical Product Owner III to maximize the value of internal platform products. You will translate engineering needs into prioritized backlog items and collaborate with SRE/DevOps, Solutions Architecture, and brand teams to drive platform adoption.

The role emphasizes backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making in a hybrid on-site environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of product management or technical product ownership.
≈3 years of experience building technical products for engineers.
Experience owning and managing a product backlog in an Agile environment.
Experience with user research, requirements gathering, and translating needs into product deliverables.
Familiarity with product metrics and measuring adoption or outcomes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the backlog for internal developer platforms (CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, automation tools) supporting US.
Translate customer needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Track and report on adoption, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and productivity indicators.
Communicate product updates, prioritization decisions, and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
Support planning, intake, and capacity management activities for platform initiatives.
