Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities, shaping the what and why with cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.

You will set vision, roadmaps, and requirements for reusable capabilities across products and markets, with a strong emphasis on HIPAA compliance and healthcare domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment, with strong experience taking product capabilities through development and into market.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent educational/work experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Healthcare experience preferred (provider, member, claims, or network data).
• Familiarity with network adequacy or provider data standards.

Responsibilities

• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision record; drive cross-team deliverables to completion with multiple functions.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including HIPAA PHI protections.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech while upholding data integrity and compliance.
