Quest Analytics is a remote-first company building technology to help health plans navigate complex challenges. We’re hiring a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities that power multiple product teams, from discovery to adoption, with a focus on payer workflows and PHI protection.

You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results, talk with executives, and guide cross‑team deliveries in a

Qualificações

• 3+ years leading product management in SaaS.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, agile delivery.
• Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Able to participate in architecture discussions with engineers.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps.
• Proven ability to track plans, risks, dependencies across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities.
• Become a SME on health plans and translate into payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work balancing internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decisions with cross‑team leads.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements incl. PHI under HIPAA.
• Use AI and emerging tech while upholding data integrity and compliance.
