Job summary

Core Specialty Insurance seeks a Product Manager for IT Platforms to define the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the platforms and infrastructure that power our business applications. You will drive cloud, security, and monitoring tool investments.

You will partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized platform initiatives with measurable outcomes, maintaining an 18–month roadmap and a 6+ month backlog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or business field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in product management within Agile environments.
• 3+ years driving cloud and/or security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business case development with clear ROI and defined scope.
• Maintain an 18-month roadmap and 6+ month ready backlog aligned to priorities.
• Define and track success metrics for delivered outcomes.
