Job summary

HUG, a fast-growing AI healthcare startup in the US, is seeking a Product Manager to help build AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will work directly with founders and leadership to scale products already in revenue with healthcare customers and shape the Product function from the ground up.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in product management, a background in HealthTech or healthcare, and experience in high-growth startups.

About the Role

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI healthcare startups in the US that's redefining how healthcare organizations deliver care through AI-powered clinical agents.

Having recently raised a $45M Series A (bringing total funding to $60M), this is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, working directly with founders and senior leadership to build products already being used by real healthcare customers.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of Product Management experience
• Experience in HealthTech or Healthcare Product
• Background in a high-growth Series A–C startup or small, fast-moving product team
• Experience shipping AI or agentic products
• Comfortable reading code, prototyping and using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
• US Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship available)
• $175k–$200k base salary + meaningful equity
• Recently raised a $45M Series A with $60M total funding
• Build AI products already generating revenue with healthcare customers
• Join a ~30-person team with direct access to founders and leadership
• Huge ownership and the opportunity to build the Product function from the ground up
• Help shape the future of AI in healthcare while solving meaningful real-world problems
