Radley James is partnering with a well-funded AI & Healthcare SaaS company seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager who owns products end-to-end and works directly with customers to solve data-heavy problems.

Based in New York City with a hybrid arrangement (4 days onsite), the role focuses on building AI-powered financial workflows for hospitals and healthcare finance teams, delivering measurable outcomes and rapid prototyping with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of B2B/enterprise SaaS product experience.
• Proven experience shipping data-heavy, workflow-driven products.
• Strong 0→1 product experience with real customer adoption.
• Hands-on exposure to AI or agentic products.
• Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare, healthcare finance or broader finance experience is desirable.
• Comfortable prototyping concepts using tools such as V0 or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own products from initial discovery and definition through launch, onboarding and adoption.
• Work directly with healthcare finance customers to understand problems and identify what to build.
• Take ambiguous product ideas from 0→1.
• Build and rapidly test prototypes using modern AI tools.
• Partner closely with AI Engineering, Design and delivery teams.
• Define how AI agents operate, including autonomous vs human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Own product metrics including activation, usage, adoption and measurable customer outcomes.

Compensation: $150K–$220K base + equity

I’m partnering with a well-funded, high-growth technology company building an AI-powered financial platform for the healthcare industry.

Their platform helps hospitals and healthcare organizations bring together fragmented financial data, automate manual analysis and give finance teams faster, actionable insights. The business is backed by several leading venture investors and is building at the intersection of AI, healthcare and enterprise software.

They’re looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager who enjoys owning products end-to-end and working directly with customers to solve complex, data-heavy problems.
