Job summary

LiveRamp is hiring a senior Platform Product Manager to own the lifecycle of core platform capabilities, including ingestion, data catalog, APIs, and activation. You will translate strategy into an outcome-driven roadmap with clear quarterly objectives and measurable success criteria.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with focus on platform, infrastructure, or API products serving multiple internal and external customers.
• Proven track record of building and scaling shared platforms or services supporting multiple product lines.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally data/advertising/marketing tech/cloud/identity domains.
• Demonstrated ability to define multi-year product strategy with milestones, metrics, and outcomes.
• Strong technical acumen; able to discuss architecture/trade-offs with engineers and translate into decisions.
• Excellent analytics and data-driven prioritization to measure impact.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Comfort operating in a complex multi-cloud enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the platform capabilities (ingestion, data catalog, APIs, activation).
• Translate strategy into an outcome-oriented platform roadmap with quarterly objectives.
• Define technical requirements and guide build/buy/partner decisions for scalable, secure platforms.
• Lead discovery with customers and partners to identify workflows and convert them into reusable services and APIs.
• Define and track metrics to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Drive high-quality execution with prototypes, acceptance criteria, and clear context for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with GTM, Sales, CS, Marketing on positioning, packaging, and launches.
• Represent the platform in executive briefings, roadmap reviews, and escalations.
• Champion platform thinking and reusable services across product lines.
