Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Healthcare Analytics Solutions (HAS) Data Platform Product Manager to define the enterprise-grade HAS data platform roadmap, architecture, and federated governance framework. You will enable real-time streaming, semantic modeling, and GenAI-driven analytics for internal and customer-facing solutions.

The role collaborates with Data Engineering, Solution Delivery, Innovation & Architecture, and IT to build secure, cost-optimized data pipelines and semantic layers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management in data platforms or advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience as Data Analyst/Data Engineer or similar role writing queries, modeling data, and testing pipelines.
• Proven experience managing platform products through the software development lifecycle, including API definitions and agile backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the data platform strategy, roadmap, and data contracts with stakeholders.
• Drive technical requirements for data architecture, dimensional modeling, and automated pipelines (ETL/ELT and streaming).
• Establish platform performance metrics with SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for data freshness and latency.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and governance to ensure HIPAA compliance and robust data security.
