Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Product Management Lead to drive digital transformation within its Business Technology team. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, working with stakeholders and development teams to ensure measurable value and alignment with priorities.

Under the Senior Manager of Digital Enablement, you’ll lead discovery, manage strategic roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional delivery while enabling adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch in professional services or related industries.
• Ability to uncover business needs via stakeholder interviews and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, Agile software development, and requirements management.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into deliverables and prioritize opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management across audiences.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across business, technology, marketing, finance, legal, and operations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with digital engineering, analytics, GIS, or AI-enabled products is preferred.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and focused on delivering business value.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital products.
