Job summary

Smarsh is seeking a Sr. Principal, Product Manager to own the agentic and platform capabilities of the Conduct platform.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports, driven by technical depth and high craftsmanship. You will define the API, MCP, and headless surfaces, and own the non-functional requirements—scale, performance, reliability, multi-tenancy, and security—needed by top-tier financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience at enterprise scale.
• Defined and owned developer-facing API surfaces or extensibility layers as product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for platform and agentic capabilities.
• Define API/MCP/headless surfaces and non-functional requirements for scale, reliability, and security.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Professional Services, and Customer Experience to shape the platform.
• Mentor and lead through technical authority in a dotted-line, influence-based role.
