Smarsh is seeking a Sr. Principal, Product Manager to own the agentic and platform capabilities of the Conduct platform. This senior IC role will set product direction and execute without a team, influencing across product and engineering.

You will define the API, MCP, and headless surfaces, own non-functional requirements such as scale, performance, reliability, and security for large regulated institutions, and partner with AI/ML, Data Science, and Customer Experience to win in the market.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in enterprise-scale environments.
Defined and owned developer-facing API surfaces or extensibility layers.
Shipped products with scale, performance, reliability, or security requirements.

Responsibilities

Define strategy and roadmaps for Conduct’s API and platform surfaces.
Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Customer Experience to execute.
Own non-functional requirements and regulatory-grade platform readiness.
Define agentic workflows and ensure auditability and explainability.
Lead through technical authority and influence without direct reports.
