Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior platform product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise platform products that enable scalable, secure, and AI‑first software delivery.

You will partner with engineering, AI Delivery, security, and product leadership to drive prioritization and governance. You will lead a team focused on reusable rules, workflows, orchestration, and AI workflow enablement to improve developer productivity and adoption across multiple products.

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in product management, enterprise platform products, workflow platforms, rules engines, orchestration platforms, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven success leading complex cross‑functional platform initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency with architecture, data platforms, AI, integrations, IAM, governance, and internal developer platforms.
• Ability to coach product managers on modern practices and AI tool adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for enterprise platform products.
• Own platform strategy for reusable rules, workflows, decisioning, routing, approvals, and orchestration.
• Lead evolution of workflow platforms, rules engines, orchestration, and AI workflow capabilities.
• Align platform capabilities with business objectives and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Establish decision frameworks, reduce technical debt, and improve developer productivity.
• Measure platform adoption, governance, delivery efficiency, and AI‑first maturity.
• Facilitate executive alignment on strategy, funding, and dependencies.
• Lead and develop a small team of platform product professionals and establish scalable practices.
