Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for enterprise platform products.
• Own platform strategy for reusable rules, workflows, decisioning, routing, approvals, and orchestration capabilities.
• Lead evolution of workflow platforms, rules engines, automation, decisioning logic, and AI workflow enablement.
• Partner with engineering, AI Delivery, security, and product leadership to align capabilities with business goals.
• Establish decision frameworks to reduce debt, increase reuse, and boost developer productivity and AI‑assisted development.
• Measure platform success via adoption, governance, delivery efficiency, and maturity of AI‑first delivery.
• Facilitate executive alignment on strategy, funding, dependencies, adoption expectations, and operating model evolution.
• Resolve competing priorities across platform consumers and engineering teams.
• Lead and develop a small team of platform product professionals, establishing scalable PM standards.
