• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to improve platform adoption, engagement, and overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mobile, PC and console product strategy and contribute to a roadmap that expands reach, engagement, and long-term retention on each platform.
• Partner with development teams to identify and prioritize feature opportunities, gameplay enhancements, and system improvements that elevate the player experience on each platform.
• Work with cross-functional partners to optimize player funnels, in-game experiences, and market readiness across regions.
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements that improve performance and player experience across backend and frontend systems.
• Partner closely with analytics teams to define measurable goals, evaluate performance, and ensure recommendations are grounded in clear data and business impact.
• Drive alignment across key stakeholders by clearly communicating product requirements, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified understanding of goals and execution plans.
