Job summary

Epic Games seeks a Product Management Director for the FamXP team within Trust, Safety, and Support in Cary, NC. You will own cross‑product initiatives from strategy through design, build, and launch.

Collaborate with engineering, legal, policy, analytics, and design to translate regulatory requirements into an actionable roadmap. Define metrics, communicate strategy to executives, and lead a data‑driven product organization through a fast‑changing landscape.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience owning complex cross-product initiatives.
• Experience partnering with legal, regulatory, or compliance teams.
• Structured thinker with ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive FamXP initiatives from strategy through design, build, and launch with engineering, QA, design, legal, policy, and analytics partners across multiple Epic product surfaces.
• Keep priorities clear, dependencies visible, and teams moving on what matters most.
• Develop and communicate FamXP strategy to the executive audience.
• Define metrics and instrumentation; ground decisions in data.
• Navigate a fast-evolving global regulatory landscape with legal and policy partners.
