Job summary

Lambda Labs is seeking a Product Manager, Security to own the security surface of our cloud platform. You will collaborate with Security and Platform Engineering to deliver IAM, KMS, and tenancy isolation features that unlock enterprise revenue while preserving fast, self-serve experiences for researchers.

You bring 7+ years of product management in platform or infrastructure, can translate data into decisions, and influence engineers, designers, executives, and customers without authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in platform/infrastructure products.
• Ability to turn data into decisions and influence engineers and executives.
• Experience shipping security features or working with IAM/KMS is a plus.
• Able to define iterative plans and balance security vs product velocity.

Responsibilities

• Own the Security Roadmap: Define and drive the security surface roadmap from signal to launch.
• Define Identity and Access Management: Ship IAM and KMS capabilities across the console and API.
• Harden Tenant Isolation: Set requirements for isolation across multi-tenant GPU infra.
• Build Audit and Compliance: Deliver audit logging and compliance features for procurement.
• Partner with Security Engineering: Turn security needs into shipped platform capabilities.
• Unlock Revenue Without Friction: Prioritize security work that enables enterprise deals.
• Measure and Iterate: Track adoption, learn from feedback, and iterate until deals close.
