Job summary

Lambda in Bellevue/San Francisco is seeking a senior Platform product manager to lead a new team of three PMs focused on Security, Observability, and Billing. You will define the end-to-end platform roadmap, partner with platform engineering, and drive decision making with data, influence, and execution.

Expect to hire and develop a high-performing PM team, own strategy, and deliver horizontal capabilities across the platform stack that power all Lambda products.

Qualifications

• Have 10+ years of product management experience, including shipping platform or infrastructure products.
• Have 3+ years hiring and managing product managers, or led product managers as a first-line manager.
• Turn ambiguous data and customer signals into clear build decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Platform product group, hiring and developing PMs for Security, Observability, and Billing.
• Own the platform roadmap end-to-end across security, observability, and billing, with strong customer/business alignment.
• Set strategy and run the team as a player-coach, owning it before headcount arrives.
• Deliver horizontal capabilities that underpin multiple products (On-Demand GPU, 1-Click Clusters, Lambda Cloud API).
• Own metering and billing surface to ensure accurate, explainable invoices.
