Oracle’s OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management team seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact cross-organizational programs. You will drive rack ingestion, capacity delivery, and on-time performance while communicating status to executives.

You’ll partner with multiple groups to align feasibility, timelines, and strategic scaling efforts. Required are 6+ years in program/project management and a Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related fields.

Qualifications

• 6+ years relevant work experience in program/project management.
• Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations.
• High ownership with a strong bias for action.
• Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success.

Responsabilités

• Drive cross-org programs, process, and product initiatives.
• Work across organizations to determine feasibility and timelines.
• Understand critical path to scale and write proposals for scaling initiatives.
• Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on schedule.
• Mentor junior program managers.
