Job summary

Roku seeks a Systems Operations Associate to drive scalable processes in the content platform within Platform Operations. You will own data accuracy across core systems, partner with business stakeholders and engineering, and help implement automation to improve throughput.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in business operations or related analytics, experience with Salesforce/NetSuite, data governance, SOX compliance, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in business operations, systems operations, or a related analytical/operational role.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems.
• Experience with data governance, data quality management, and SOX or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting new product or feature launches requiring collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a partner to business stakeholders and technical teams, understanding their workflows to identify opportunities for improved data accuracy, consolidation, and process efficiency
• Own the accuracy and integrity of business operations data across core systems, ensuring stakeholders are working from a single, reliable source of truth
• Support data governance and compliance requirements, including SOX and audit readiness, in partnership with legal, finance, and product teams
• Complete quarterly gap analyses of as-is and to-be processes, translating findings into functional specifications for product and engineering
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to design and improve in-house systems supporting business operations reporting, data consolidation, and workflow automation
• Participate in sprint planning to prioritize enhancements and net-new feature requests across owned product roadmaps
• Identify manual, error-prone, or duplicative workflows and drive automation initiatives that reduce risk and increase operational throughput
• Support stakeholders in testing and validation of new product features, data models, and workflows
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support rollouts and drive tool adoption
• Maintain familiarity with upstream and downstream system integrations and assess how feature enhancements or data changes may impact business operations
• Support the maintenance of business and operational documentation in partnership with product and engineering counterparts
