Job summary

Luma Financial Technologies seeks an Analyst to join its Miami team, supporting Latin American Institutions. You will help with platform operations, client servicing, and lifecycle management of complex financial products.

The role requires collaboration with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of services and successful feature rollouts. A finance/economics/business background is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Exposure to structured products, annuities, or alternative investments is a plus; willingness to learn is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in structured products and derivatives to help clients understand and implement them.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with client executives and implementation teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback and inform product roadmap.
• Perform daily operational tasks and troubleshoot support requests.
• Manage reporting lifecycle and track project tickets and timelines.
