Job summary

Luma Financial Technologies, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our Miami team, supporting Latin American institutions. You will help with platform operations, project management, client servicing, and the lifecycle management of complex financial products.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of services and successful feature rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, CS, or related field.
• Exposure to structured products, annuities, or alternatives is a plus; willingness to learn required.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; data handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform expertise for structured products and derivatives.
• Serve as go-to resource for clients and assist them to use the platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with client executives and implementation teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback.
• Perform daily operational tasks and troubleshoot support requests.
• Manage reporting lifecycle, including recurring client and management reports.
• Track project tickets and timelines for new product rollouts.
• Contribute to sales and marketing meetings with ideas and campaign execution.
