Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in structured products and derivatives and identify how the platform helps clients implement them.
• Be the go-to resource on the Luma platform for clients and help them use it effectively to meet business goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with client executives, product owners, and implementation teams.
• Understand each client's goals and requirements to ensure success on the platform.
• Support Key Account Managers with marketing materials, client account setup, and growth strategies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback and inform the roadmap.
• Work with internal AI tools to streamline processes and create projects and tasks.
• Perform daily operational tasks and troubleshoot incoming support requests.
• Execute data validation and quality control across client workflows and system components.
• Manage the full reporting lifecycle, including recurring reports for clients and management.
• Track project tickets and timelines for new product rollouts.
• Maintain sales operations reporting (P&L tracking, recurring reports).

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Miami team, covering Latin American Institutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting platform operations, project management, client servicing, and the full lifecycle management of complex financial products.
This position is critical for ensuring the accuracy and smooth operation of our client technology. It requires significant cross-functional collaboration and the ability to work closely with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate delivery of services and the successful introduction of new features.

What you'll do

Platform & Product Expertise

• Develop expertise in structured products and derivatives and identify ways our platform can help clients understand and implement them within their portfolios.
• Become a go-to resource on the Luma platform for clients, and assist them to use it effectively to meet their business goals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer executives, product owners, and implementation teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; comfort working with large datasets and identifying discrepancies
