Lilly seeks a strategic, scientifically fluent leader to guide emerging science communications at the corporate level. You will craft platform narratives for genetic medicines, novel modalities, and portfolio stories, while shaping external perception through executive speeches and polished storytelling across the enterprise.

You will partner with senior leaders, AVP, and cross-functional teams to ensure rigor, clarity, and impact in all public-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, science, public relations, or related field.
• 10+ years of communications experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsabilités

• Lead platform-level narratives for Lilly's emerging science portfolio.
• Develop executive speeches, presentations, and storytelling modules for senior leaders.
• Create reusable storytelling modules for enterprise-wide use across Global Communications.
• Drive communications strategy for emerging science at scientific forums and key events.
• Monitor competitive landscape and develop proactive messaging frameworks.
• Shape media strategy and strengthen relations with science and biotech journalists.
• Collaborate with cross-pillar teams to ground narratives in data and consumer strategy.
