• Understanding how machine learning actually works beyond tooling.
• Experience with large language models and generalization in production.
• Ability to combine modeling with systems and data engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Turn pod needs into platform capabilities.
• Own capabilities end-to-end in production.
• Work at the research frontier with production stakes.
• Serve customers on both sides of the wall, i.e., internal teams and external pods.
• Engineer for production reality: balance accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Raise the bar across the company by sharing learnings across pods.
