First Quality in McElhattan, PA seeks a Platform Manager to oversee platform production control and ensure efficient material flow to support production plans.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in supervisory or advanced technical roles, strong production management and inventory planning experience, and working knowledge of GMP, ISO, and OSHA standards. The role requires collaboration with Planning, Quality, Engineering, HR, Cost Accounting, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related manufacturing field.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a safe work environment and enforces safety policies.
• Follows GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations/guidelines.
• Manages Production Supervisors and salary technical staff.
• Interfaces with Planning, Quality, Engineering, HR, Cost Accounting and IT.
• Schedules and controls production activities to maintain quality and efficiency.
