First Quality is seeking a part-time Platform Specialist in Pennsylvania to oversee multiple machines and ensure quality production. The role emphasizes safe operation, adherence to GMP/ISO standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will train operators, maintain documentation, and support maintenance activities while contributing to continuous improvement and efficient line performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of trade school or college preferred.
• 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate one machine technology.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and use safety equipment at all times.
• Follow GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations/guidelines.
• Support and maintain machine documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Maintain quality standards for the product being produced.
• Ensure the machine and surrounding areas are clean.
• Operate all machines within the Platform competently and productively.
• Troubleshoot problems and adjust machines as needed.
• Train machine operators, line leaders, and other staff.
• Perform quality checks and record results.
• Assist maintenance and supervisors as required.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Foster teamwork and self-sustaining work groups.
