First Quality is seeking a Maintenance Operations Leader (Supervisor) for First Quality Products in McElhattan, PA. You will lead maintenance crews, maximize machine uptime, and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.

The role emphasizes safety leadership and cross-team collaboration to meet maintenance goals. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience in maintenance, CMMS familiarity, and strong communication skills, with a track record of improving reliability and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of college courses (preferred).
• Minimum of five years’ experience within maintenance role (preferred).
• Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance crew and align with maintenance manager on the shift plan.
• Monitor work orders and set crew/shift goals.
• Plan daily maintenance activities and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Support line changeovers and drive safety and quality initiatives.
