Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a platform/enterprise credit analyst to help develop and deploy new HUB functionality, onboard programs, and manage strategic vision. Work with Global Technology and stakeholders to optimize the HUB and related processes.

You will gather requirements, validate concepts, and coordinate testing and release activities across teams, balancing long- and short-term goals while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the software development lifecycle.
• 2+ years experience in process design.
• Familiarity with credit platforms and policy/regulatory requirements.
• Ability to write and understand SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Defines strategic vision for user experience functionalities and data-entry processes.
• Drives innovation to maximize system stability with minimal user disruption.
• Interacts with stakeholders to address risks during platform deployment.
• Leads end-to-end requirement gathering and release execution with Technology partners.
• Manages User Acceptance Testing and validates success evidence before release.
• Plans, implements, and deploys business strategies with Technology.
