Job summary

MAU seeks a Platform Supervisor to lead associates supporting the Platform at the client facility, prioritizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. You will oversee rotating shifts, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will manage 15–50 hourly MAU associates, ensure GMP compliance and proper payroll processes, and maintain strong customer service and problem-solving within the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 3 years applicable experience.
• Lean Greenbelt preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAU staff assigned to assets on rotating shifts.
• Flow to work scheduling based on production.
• Serve as SME with processes and continuous improvement.
