Consultant Work Scope

The team supports Allstate Health Solutions (AHS) technology platforms, enabling Product delivery, Platform modernization, Secure integrations and Operational stability across key platforms (Quotit, AgentCubed, AHIT, Medicare Benefits). This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, solution design and delivery execution, with a strong hands‑on focus (not purely advisory).

Key Deliverables

• Active Azure cloud migration and platform modernization initiatives
• Growing complexity of API integrations and third‑party ecosystems
• Support strong delivery support (environments, pipelines, cutover readiness)
• Managing data migration + compliance (PHI/PII, HITRUST) concerns

Role Scope & Requirements

Org & Team Fit Highly cross-functional role, partnering with Product, Engineering, Platform, Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, Vendors. Operates as a bridge between business intent and engineering execution. Embedded within platform delivery streams, supporting modernization and integration work.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 120,000.00 - 193,725.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
