Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations.
• 6+ years experience with SQL, Python, ArcGIS, and/or R.
• 6+ years investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity).
• 3+ years driving improvements in processes, technology, or other areas.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and deploy solutions to priority risks with stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and expert areas.
• Establish as an expert in investigative techniques and abuse prevention strategies.
• Investigate potential issues such as scams, fraud, illicit activities.
• Support legal and compliance obligations with periodic reviews.
• Balance customer privacy while enforcing measures and avoiding overreach.
