Job summary

Equity Trust Company seeks a Technical Services Lead to oversee design, implementation, and ongoing management of system integrations across the technology ecosystem. You will ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performance integration workflows connecting internal platforms, third-party providers, and client systems.

You will coordinate with product and operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions, serve as the primary client-technical support contact for onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed
• 3–7 years of technology and financial operations experience, fintech preferred
• Understanding of cryptocurrency trading, custody, and blockchain fundamentals
• Experience with reconciliations and posting entries to core trust/banking systems or custody platforms
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to multitask under deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across risk, compliance, technology, and client service teams

Responsibilities

• Own core platform integration and be the central point for connectivity with liquidity sources, third-party platforms, and partners
• Lead API-based integration of custody, trading venues, staking providers, data feeds
• Normalize and process trade lifecycle events including allocation, settlement, and post-trade reconciliation
• Design data normalization and reconciliation processes for multi-source data
• Synchronize core platform with external systems as authoritative system of record
• Integrate on-chain data (wallet activity, settlements, staking flows) into the platform
• Connect onboarding, KYC/AML, and account management for unified client lifecycle
• Embed AML/KYC workflows and regulatory reporting into the platform
• Drive automation of platform workflows through cross-system orchestration
• Develop and maintain platform-driven reporting for auditors and regulators
