Job summary

CrewAI is seeking a senior infrastructure/platform engineer to own and operate the platform across cloud deployments (AWS) and on-prem environments. You’ll work with ECS/ECR, Kubernetes, Helm, and related services to engineer reliable, scalable systems.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, improve deployment automation, and collaborate with runtime and product teams to enhance production safety and performance. A strong automation mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure and platform engineering experience in production SaaS.
• Deep practical knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and containerized services.
• Hands-on with ECS and/or Kubernetes; Helm experience preferred.
• Comfort with PostgreSQL, Redis, queues, and web services in production.
• Security-minded approach to IAM, secrets, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the infrastructure running CrewAI’s platform on cloud and on-prem surfaces.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, image publishing, and deployments.
• Improve reliability with health checks, incident response, and runbooks; lead on-call SLAs.
• Collaborate with runtime and product engineers on production workloads and behavior.
• Manage observability: logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
• Harden security posture, identity, secrets, and least-privilege access.
• Develop tooling to enable self-hosted installs with Helm charts and runbooks.
• Automate recurring workflows to reduce operational toil.
