Job summary

Talanto is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to help scale our platform stack in a rapidly growing fintech environment. You will work on the core Infrastructure Platform, focusing on cloud-native tooling, observability, and secure, scalable foundations.

You will contribute to AWS-centric deployments, Terraform codebases, and integration with OpenSearch, Prometheus, and Grafana. The role emphasizes quality, deep problem solving, and collaboration with product teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with AWS.
• Interest in cloud native open source technologies and contributing code upstream.
• Strong knowledge of low-level OS foundations (Linux, file systems, containers).
• Experience creating detailed technical documentation, RFCs, and tech specs.

• Build the Infrastructure Platform to support the Engineering Organization.
• Develop a platform that is AI-friendly while usable for engineers.
