Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a RunOps Support – Platform and Infra on a full-time basis. You will maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure and platform services to ensure seamless operations and high availability.

Key duties include monitoring uptime, troubleshooting incidents within SLAs, collaborating with engineering to deploy changes, performing patching, backups and security updates, and documenting procedures for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell is required.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) is required.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related incidents within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and validate infrastructure changes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including patching, backups, and security updates.
• Document operational procedures and incident reports for knowledge sharing.
