Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Manager, Platform & Identity Administration to lead a team responsible for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Copilot, and related identity and access management initiatives. The role blends hands-on administration with people leadership to drive secure, scalable digital workplace services.

You will shape governance, implement Zero Trust principles, and advance automation, AI, and integrations that support a fast-moving healthcare environment and empower 300 million patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT systems administration or related field.
• 7+ years administering Microsoft 365 services.
• 2+ years of direct people management or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments or enhancements of Microsoft 365 and AI/automation tools.
• Mentor and manage a team of Microsoft 365 and Identity Administrators.
• Own platform governance and security, including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and SoD alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital workplace requirements and delivery timelines.
