Thatch is building a distributed, patient-focused platform business. We’re seeking an exceptional leader to define the long-term vision for Platforms across product and go-to-market, translating strategy into priorities and building a world-class team.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, sales, and operations to drive growth, partner ecosystems, and customer outcomes, while recruiting and developing top talent in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in enterprise software or technology-enabled platforms.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete product and commercial priorities.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams across product and go-to-market.
• Strong communication and executive presence with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-moving environments.
• Deep commitment to talent development and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and long-term strategy for Thatch Platforms across product and GTM.
• Lead Platforms across product and go-to-market, aligning strategy, roadmap, and operating plan.
• Own platform performance including partner acquisition and customer health.
• Define goals, metrics, and rhythms to evaluate business health and investments.
• Represent platform voice across Thatch, collaborating with engineering, growth, sales, and leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
