Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in technology operations, platform management, DevOps, vendor management, or related disciplines.
- 3–5+ years managing technical teams, vendors, or MSPs.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and platforms.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service delivery.
- Experience supporting CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
Responsibilities
- Governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement of enterprise-managed platforms supporting web, mobile, and ecommerce.
- Oversee MSP teams for administration, configuration, and support of SaaS platforms (AEM, Adobe Launch, Contentsquare, etc.).
- Lead DevOps resources to enable deployment automation, CI/CD, and platform reliability.
- Manage shared platform operations (Akamai and related capabilities) and ensure performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with Technology, Product, Security, and Architecture to resolve operational issues and drive improvements.
