Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a Manager for Managed Platforms to govern and improve enterprise platforms across web, mobile, and ecommerce. You will oversee MSP teams, drive deployment automation, and coordinate vendor relationships with Adobe, Salsify, Algolia, and Contentsquare.

The role requires senior-level experience in technology operations, platform governance, and DevOps, with a focus on maintaining platform health and delivering reliable digital experiences for guests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of technology operations, platform management, DevOps, vendor management, or related disciplines.
• 3–5+ years managing technical teams, vendors, or MSPs.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and platforms.
• Experience with vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Experience leading operational support and platform governance activities.
• Experience operating within internal/MSP hybrid delivery models (preferred).
• Experience in hospitality, travel, cruise, gaming, or consumer-facing digital ecosystems (preferred).
• Experience with AEM, Adobe Launch, Akamai, and other CMSs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Govern MSP teams responsible for administration, configuration, and support of managed platforms.
• Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain platform documentation, procedures, and support processes.
• Oversee vendor relationships with Adobe, Salsify, Algolia, Contentsquare, and others.
• Coordinate vendor support requests, issue resolution, and escalations.
• Lead DevOps resources for deployment processes across web, mobile, and core services.
• Ensure CI/CD standards and deployment practices are followed.
• Drive automation to improve developer experience and delivery velocity.
• Lead small team for Akamai and shared platform capabilities.
• Ensure platform support processes are documented and improved.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to resolve operational issues.
• Promote AI-enabled tools and automation across platform administration and workflows.
• Coach and develop direct reports and MSP partners.
• Support workforce planning, vendor management, and resource forecasting.
